I owe Fortress my life. I was being abused in another nursing home and a wonderful lady named Heidi got me out the same day. They took me in and they're nursing me back to health. Everyone is so nice and sweet!!! Zita, Omar, Brandi are here to help you also. If you are being abused or neglected please call. You won't regret it. God put them in my life and I'm so blessed. If you're in a bad place call Fortress they are there to help!!!! God bless!!!!

Zina Richards helped me with my mothers move with ease and compassion the nurses are so patient with her even the maintenance man was so helpful and kind my experience couldn’t be any better I’d recommend the Fortress to everyone the care couldn’t be any better A+

I’d would like to thank Zina Richards and her team for the care they gave my brother. He was well taken care of and the staff were so nice to him. He was a handful but at the end of the day they we’re professionals and tried to make his time as homelike as possible. Thank you all for taking care of of him when I couldn’t.

The admissions process was incredibly smooth. Zina was patient, transparent and guided us through every piece of paperwork. What truly set Fortress apart is the compassion and family atmosphere. It doesn't feel clinical. The first nurse we met, LaTreva, was wonderful! The staff are amazing! They take time with and bond with residents, treating them with the dignity and warmth they deserve. We also have to highlight the excellent physical therapy department. The therapist is remarkably skilled and encouraging; they’ve pushed our loved one to reach milestones we didn’t think were possible, all while being incredibly patient and kind. A special thanks to the new Administrator, Sonja, whose vision and dedication to excellence are evident in every aspect.

My mother has been in their care since June 2025, she has received excellent care here. I know they are making choices and taking actions in her best interest even when it goes against what she wants to do! *smile* We had reached a point that it was not safe for her to be by herself any longer. This has been a saving grace for the level of care I could not give her 24/7. If your reading this and looking for perfection, move on... you will never find it. I wouldn't hesitate to make the same decision again, Fortress has been a blessing in these circumstances for her and this time of life. -Jason
