In looking for a rehab for my husband, I was super excited to find five point until I read the reviews. This was disappointing and despicable how the family that the mother had dementia, was treated. We are all going to reach an older age. The problem with the medical facilities nowadays is the fact, they don't pay enough and therefore not going to aquire good personal. But, no one absolutely no one deserves to be treated in an uncaring way. You see if they do this to even one person, they will do it to the next person So if you are researching for a place for your loved one, keep looking. Pay attention and always be the protector of your loved one. You are protected under the government for the safety of your loved one.

Let me first say that the experience we had there with my dad was nothing short of exceptional. Could there be some areas of improvement? Absolutely, every place falls in that category. But, from the nurses, aids and staff, they were wonderful. I have to give a big shout out to Cheryl and the physical therapists. My dad could barely move his arms and could not move his legs at all when he got there. Thirty days later, he walked out of there! Last, but not at all least, is Bre. She might be the most wonderful human being you could come in contact with. She was right on top of all our needs and requests. She truly is a caring soul. Like I said, no place is perfect and to believe that a place is, is naive. However, Five Points exceeded our expectations!

This care facilities (owners/investors) suffers from the same things as all the care facilities I've dealt with---understaffed, poorly paid staff, promised care they have difficulty providing yet collect money for services. My family member has gone up to 4 days without baths. When you call to request help, you get referrals to "nursing" where no one answers. When you do get to talk to someone, you are told "They can get a bath whenever requested." Yet they don't get one. God help us. Maybe our only hope in this world is for AI (robots) to drive all these facilities out of business.

The facility is immaculate, staff is friendly and caring. They made the whole process of admitting my mother effortless. I highly recommend 5 points over any other Nursing Home in the area. Mom really enjoyed the chili cheese dog, tots and sourcrout for her first meal there!
