Good first day getting my mother-in-law situated in her new rehab. The staff was very accommodating and organized. The staff acted swiftly with all the fine details for her stay there. Staff was friendly. It really put our minds at ease knowing that she will get great care.

Husband was admitted from hospital via ambulance. The room/staff was not ready. TV was broken but fixed later. Our immediate concerns were addressed. CNA staff were loud in the hall as were patients TV's. I suggest all TV's have a headset. Dining room has a set menu but offered alternative food upon request. Staff is multi cultural with English being 2-3 language, often hard to understand. My impression is the majority of the staff worked hard to give good care and were proud of their efforts. I would suggest visiting prior to admission and ask questions.

Both my parents were here for 6 weeks. Excellent group of people. They kept me in the loop about everything and always quickly answered my questions. Jenny, Yeni and Phyllis are awesome!!! Absolutely recommend!

The staff here is nothing less than phenomenal. They make you feel so welcome and are so accommodating. From the moment you step into the reception area until the moment you leave, everybody you encounter is awesome! Patient care is top notch. They can’t seem to do enough for their patients and they do it with a loving disposition. We are so grateful for all of them.
