Terrible staff- CNAs were rude, spent more time gossiping than being helpful.

My mom has been staying here for 2 years now. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is pretty good but I think Mom is safe there.

We had to pull off the highway because of a snow storm and our rental van struggling on the slippery roads. Kathy allowed us to stay and eat our lunch in the activity room. She even gave us lemonade and warm cookies!

My 75 year old sister has lived at Forest Ridge for 8 months now. The staff is wonderful and she has a private room which is hard to find if you’re not private pay, which she is not. It’s located in the mountains only 5 miles from her former home. The facility is clean and sunny!

We waited with baited breath for the opening of Forest Ridge so we could move my mom there from Colorado Springs. Although opening a new place always begins with challenges, the staff and volunteers of Forest Ridge have been amazing! Dealing with memory care is such a challenge for the agency as well as the family and everyone involved. There has been a marked improvement in my mom since she moved in and I continue to marvel at the great loving care she receives. Thank you so much for giving my mother back her dignity! God Bless you!
