My sister Donna, was a resident at Forest Haven for about 14-15 years. Many of the staff members became like family to her and to my Dad who would visit her 3-4 times a week. She was always taken well care of, and treated with love and respect. Even when she was difficult to deal with sometimes. The staff went above and beyond the normal call of duty for her on many occasions when her health was deteriorating towards the end of life. So many people to thank and appreciate the love and care you gave. Not naming any of the names, because I don't want to leave anyone out. You all know who you are. Our family sincerely thanks you from the bottom of my heart.

They need to get rid of hcsg and keep the Staff and maybe the place can get cleaned properly with the right amount of staff and not focus on profit! I know it's hard to maintain with such a small crew but think outside the box for once and maybe the place could get better!

Do not take your family here. Business management office staff are very unprofessional. The place smells bad. The nurses are the only decent people there. I would not even give this place one start. Patients up and down the hallway. Last time I was there I could hear a patient screaming " dont touch me"

This place is horrible. My mom was sent there yesterday from the hospital for rehabilitation. She hadn’t even been there for 24 hours when she called me to say that she had been laying in urine and feces since it was dark outside and this was at 8 this morning. She told me how she asked for help but no one came. I called my brother and he went straight to this horrible facility to find our mom still hadn’t been cleaned up. He told the staff that he was taking her home. One staff member had the nerve to ask for another chance and they would take better care of her. He told the staff that you only get one mother and they would never get another opportunity to miss treat her again. I’m sharing this because I would never want another family to experience this horrible situation.

The staff are very attentive and responsive to any acute medical issues that unexpectedly ocur. Family members are timely and consistently engaging lobe ones regarding the care of there love one. Medical staff returns my calls and addressed my concerns timely. It is truly a team approach to providing the best care for my father. Do not let issues that do not impact the level of care render influence you negatively. I was impress as the facility is truly a diamond in the rough, especially for vulnerable people.
