I recently helped my mom apply and move into Legacy in Arvada. The staff has been amazing! Jeanall and Madra were incredible with getting my mom approved, making sure her apartment was ready and helping with setting up internet and other things. Never had such a great experience with managers who care about their tenants! It’s been a real struggle finding good people that care! Besides the fantastic crew of people that work there, the apartments are incredible! Best apartment I have found for the price. So glad my mom is able to live in a safe, clean environment!

This apartment complex for seniors is brand new and the units are very nice. But for a senior residence there is zero social activities. They have coffee and doughnuts in the morning, but that's it. There is plenty of space here for lots of activities. My loved one is bored here because of that. Contemplating moving to a different complex that has more social activities for the next lease. Its a shame because the units are nice.
