We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience our dad had at the senior living community. After having lived at two other communities, the difference was truly remarkable from the moment he arrived he felt welcomed, respected and generally cared for.<br>The staff consistently Went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, engaged and happy. Their kindness, patience and Personal attention made a tremendous difference in his quality of life. It was clear that they cared about him, not just as a resident, but as a person.<br>Our dad Genuinely enjoyed his time there, and that means so much to our family. Compared with his previous two communities, this experience was exceptional in every way. We had greater peace of mind, knowing he was in an environment where he was treated with compassion and dignity.<br>We highly recommend this community to families looking for a place where their level ends will receive outstanding care, attention, and respect. We are truly thankful to the entire team for everything they did for our dad and our family.

Wow!!! I was super impressed with the Kipling Meadows facility. The food was excellent and such a great variety that is always available in addition to the excellent specials of the day! This independent living facility was full of happy adults, laughing, joining in, and living life together. I was looking for a place for my mother who is 82 and I was absolutely blown away by this facility. The rooms were spacious and very well decorated with wood vinyl floors, nice wooden cabinets and a full fridge with and a kitchenette. The activities director has been there for 10 years, the executive director for three and the brand new sales director Sandria Allen was amazing! She took the time to really understand what we wanted for mom, and gave me a tour walking through every aspect of those needs. This is Independent living + care. There are nurses and physical therapists and care managers that partner with the company to ensure that people can be supported if recovering from a procedure or needing rehabilitation. The grounds are lovely and do are the residents. This is a five star property with an amazingly support and committed staff! The only downside to me is the distance from where we live.

I love spending time at Kipling Meadows visiting with all of my friends. I live close by and this is a nice place in Arvada. The staff are exceptional and they have great activities for residents.

I couldn’t recommend this community enough. Rylan did a great job walking us through the information. Everyone was very welcoming. It’s a very clean and upbeat place!
