My dad has lived at 5 Star for over three years. He needs help with almost all activities of daily living. Bianca and staff take excellent care of him. I visit him every week and always feel welcome. The entire house is kept very clean. We have decorated his room with photos of family and other items from his previous home. Bianca is proactive in communicating any concerns or needs. I am so grateful to have found 5 Star for my dad.

Choosing the right place for a parent is a huge decision, but we truly found a wonderful home for my dad here. He lived at this adult family home for three years, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.The setting is peaceful and beautiful, with a stunning view of Lake Meridian that my dad loved. The staff is attentive, kind, and treats residents like family. It gave our family great peace of mind knowing he was safe and genuinely cared for.Highly recommended!

We moved my husband’s mom here a couple months ago and are so happy with this care home. It is very clean and the care she receives is great . Communication is always open and all the caregivers are extremely kind.

I can’t say enough good things about this adult family home. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. The home is always clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained—truly a comforting environment. The staff are incredibly loving, attentive, and compassionate. They treat residents like family and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels safe, valued, and cared for. There’s a true sense of peace and dignity in the way care is provided here. I always feel welcomed when I visit, and I’m confident knowing my loved one is in such capable and caring hands. It’s clear that this is more than just a place to live—it’s a real home

Five Star Living at Lake Meridian is a true gem. My mother has been a resident for over 3 years. The personal care she has received far surpasses any traditional nursing home. The care givers genuinely know her and treat her like family. They understand her moods, needs, and her history. My mother suffers from dementia and many physical limitations that require full time support. They don’t rush her or treat her like a burden, instead they care for her with professionalism and heart. They have given our family peace of mind and our mother a safe, respectful, and loving home. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be seen and cared for, not just housed, this is it!!!
