Will interview you take copies of all your credentials say they are hiring several people and that they will give you a call buy the end of the week and then no call and no response when you call them, have had several friends experience the exact same thing, unprofessional and tacky way to communicate!!

FirstLight Home Care of Olympia was amazing, very responsive, professional and caring. We had an emergency and had help on Monday when we hadn't even contacted them until the Friday before! Fortunately, we didn't need them long as my father progressed quicker than expected, but it was great to know we had the support we needed to get him back home! Thanks again, Sean Ledgerwood

First Light Home Care has provided wonderful care for my mother. The caregivers have been competent and kind. The office staff have been helpful in finding scheduling solutions. Compared to a larger home care company that we have also used, First Light is more personal, flexible, and caring.

FirstLight is one of the leading caregiving agencies in town providing Care for seniors in our community. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help at home. Callie their care coordinator is personable, kind and understanding with her help it makes the process easier especially when parents are reluctant to their need for care. Kathy their lead caregiver is wonderful she knows exactly how to make folks feel comfortable, her many years of caregiving experience gives her the ability to provide tips to help family members as well as her clients.
