First Colonial Inn is an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Set on three wooded acres in the Hilltop area, the community offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by mature trees, sun-dappled courtyards, and a tranquil duck pond, just minutes from the oceanfront and close to shopping, dining, and medical centers including Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.

The community provides three living options on one campus: independent living with a focus on choice and autonomy, assisted living with 24-hour trained caregivers available to assist with medication, bathing, dressing, cooking and daily tasks, and memory care providing a secure, supportive environment for individuals with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia with 24/7 support, structured routines, and therapeutic activities.

Dining at First Colonial Inn features a chef-driven program offering all-day service with no assigned seating or dining times, with options to eat in one of two dining rooms or a casual bar and bistro. The community operates the Art of Living Well® wellness programming to keep residents engaged and active, and maintains 24/7 staffed front desk support.
