First Choice has an amazing team of care givers and Nurses. Responsive and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them to anyone .

As an in-home care provider, we worked closely with Hailey to provide care for a mutual patient. She was always very communicative and flexible. Would love to work with First Choice again!

We have been using the services of First Choice Home Health & Hospice for my mother-in-law after she had a stroke. All the specialists have been amazing! Spencer, the PT, makes my MIL work very hard and has helped her regain some of her strength and confidence. Lora, the OT, is extremely patient with my MIL as she helps her learn to navigate more safely in her living environment--even when it's frustrating to my MIL to have to learn to do things differently than she's used to for safety reasons. Kristina, the nurse, has alerted us to observations and concerns we should be aware of. Each of these specialists have been excellent at communication with us and allowing us to be part of my MIL's healing process. I highly recommend this group and the services they provide!

After several trips to the ER I finally had a doctor help me with getting home health set up. In our family we’ve had many different health issues or problems that have required home health. I am very impressed with First Choice! Everything was seamless and smooth and my therapist was very knowledgeable. He helped me a lot and set me up for success before discharging me. Thank you First Choice! I highly recommend them.

My mother-in-law received wonderful care from First Choice. She was on their service for four months prior to her passing. She always mentioned how friendly her therapist was and how interested he was in her as a person, not just a patient. He shared genuine care and concern for her overall well-being. As a family, we were grateful to know she was being evaluated regularly, her meds were being monitored, and additional check-ins were just a phone call away. We were touched that her therapist stopped by her viewing. Thank you, First Choice!
