First Choice Assisted Living

First Choice Assisted Living is a boutique memory care community in Central Phoenix, Arizona, offering assisted living and memory care for residents in all three levels of care. The community is an intimate 8-resident home with a full-time registered nurse on staff and over 30 years of memory care experience on the care team.

The community provides specialized, evidence-based programming for Alzheimer's and dementia residents, with dignity-preserving assistance across all activities of daily living. Care includes support ranging from early-stage assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility, to comprehensive assistance for advanced needs and end-of-life care. Residents never need to relocate—they remain in the same familiar home through every stage of care.

First Choice features a homelike environment with spacious, naturally lit rooms that residents personalize with their own belongings. The community includes a lush, private backyard with mature trees, shaded paths, a serene garden, and a covered patio with ceiling fans. Daily nutritious meals are prepared on-site with special dietary accommodations, and enriching activities and wellness programming are offered throughout the day.

The community is fully licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services for all three levels of residential care. Short-term respite stays are available for family caregivers. Care plans are overseen by a full-time RN, and the community works closely with physicians, pharmacists, and skilled clinicians for integrated care.
