This is one of the most disgusting facilities we have ever been in. My wife was on the verge of dry heaving from the stench in the hallway. The facility, if ever inspected by an unbiased health and building inspector, it probably would be condemned. And for my mother to have to pay over $7,000.00 per month to be subjected to such conditions is criminal. I do have to give kudos to the staff for doing their best to help the residents be as comfortable as possible. Our elders should never have to be subjected to conditions such as this before their "Graduation". I give 5 stars to the floor staff and 0 to the facilities.

HORRIBLE!!!! While most of the staff was friendly, the majority acted as though they were being put out when the resident needed anything. They lost his clothes, his glasses, and sent him home with absolutely none of his meds. They placed his call light halfway across the room out of his reach. The facility is so outdated it is ridiculous. I can't believe they have crank beds!!!! Shout out to Ashley though for being a shining star. Her and Patty both were exceptional!

My mother is a current resident. Although the facilities are small and aging, the staff were helpful and friendly. My mother is as happy as she can be, given the circumstances, but her Medicare/Medicaid covers the expenses, and she is usually is decent spirits.
