I have lived at Fieldstone since the week it opened & have found it to be an exceptional retirement community. It is beautifully decorated, bright & cheery, with great food & lively activities. But the one thing that sets it apart is the staff. Today I'm choosing to brag about Nettie Martini, our community outreach coordinator. In the 5+ years that I've known Nettie, I have never seen her without a smile on her face. And can that girl throw a party! We all look forward to her annual parties (this year we'll be celebrating FS's 5-year anniversary) with great food, drinks & friendly visitors (I have no idea where she finds them!) Beyond all that, Nettie is always someone a resident can go to with questions or concerns. R⁹egardless of the subject, Nettie will always find an answer for us. If I were 50 years younger, I'd want to be a Nettie!!

My experience here was awful. This company really rolls out the red carpet to entice you to live here, but once you do, you start noticing the lack of communication especially with management. There is a high turnover rate, and they don't seem to want to hire more staff. Every time I go there, I hear about things not being taken care of. I do not recommend this place as things get overlooked

My mom was in assisted living at Fieldstone for 13 months before needing to transfer to their memory care facility in the next building over. This facility is beautiful. It doesn't feel like an "old folks home", but has a modern and fun vibe. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My mom toured a few places on the Kitsap, and she immediately took a liking to Fieldstone. Her room was a larger studio on the 4th floor (aka where the party is at with their bar/cafe). It was huge and had great light. The food was a nice variety and impressive quality. The staff were excellent and once she got used to younger people taking care of her, she felt very at home. It was hard for her to have to leave for memory care. She really enjoyed her time at assisted living and I am grateful she spent the last part of her life here.

Terrible place in my opinion management has terrible communication. I overheard one residents family member mention how they didnt call the her when her mom went to the hospital absolutely terrible communication. They have employees who lie about people knowing its a lie and management will believe their employees over anyone else by the way so take that into consideration when going here. The managers and some employees are absolutely rude and disrespectful I would not tour here they put on an act just so they can get money.

My gran has lived there about 2 months now, and I am constantly impressed with the staff. They are kind, patient, respectful, and (most importantly) attentive. It's great that they have so many activities and amazingly the other residents have made a wonderful community.
