I would not recommend this place to anyone that I cared about. The place was ok for awhile and they really fixed it up but then they hired a new executive director that is incompetent to say the least. Hopefully they get rid of her before she puts them out of business. If you want high rates, poor care, and to be ignored and lied to by the ED then this is the place for you.<br>Dont take my word for it. Ask any of the more than a dozen employees that have bettered themselves by moving on from the embarrassing lack of leadership from the incompetent ED, Chris. Better yet speak to the residents that feel trapped and unhappy but afraid of or incapable of packing up and moving. Speak to the residents families that truly can’t believe the person who was an absent and unorganized finger pointer as the wellness director is now the wellness director and executive director and is terrible in both roles. Please go to the facility and ask for the truth. That’s the one thing the executive director is absolutely incapable of.<br>Lastly, if you need more simply search their kitchen inspection reports. I’ve attached one fo give you a head start.

There is no experienced management in place. Morale is low. It is often understaffed with resident care employees having to fill in for kitchen and trash duty. Residents' calls go unanswered. Kitchen staff are often rude to the residents, but nothing is ever done to correct that.

i had a family member reside here for a while, he was not treated in a way our family appreciated. the executive director cris bowen is NOT kind to their staff, at all. We removed my grandfather from this facility and he will NOT be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br><br>As a hospice nurse who has cared for patients at Fellowship Hillside Assisted Living, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand how this community operates and it has always been a positive experience.<br>The staff are kind, attentive, and respectful not only to residents, but also to families and outside healthcare providers. They communicate well, respond appropriately to changes in condition, and truly seem to care about the comfort and dignity of the people who live there. From my perspective, that collaboration and attentiveness make a meaningful difference in patient care.<br>I also want to recognize Director Chris Bowen for her steady and thoughtful leadership. She is approachable, professional, and clearly invested in maintaining a supportive environment for both residents and staff. Her involvement and oversight are evident in how smoothly things run and how welcoming the atmosphere feels.<br>Overall, Fellowship Hillside has consistently demonstrated compassion and teamwork, and I appreciate the partnership in caring for our shared patients.

I would like to start off by saying that this place is beautiful and clean. But, what really convinced our family to place a member here was the amazing sales representative and executive director.<br>They were warm and inviting and we could tell they have plenty of experience. We were so worried for the care of our family but the director was so reassuring and confident. The move in process was stressful and hard but we instantly had a team there for us.<br>It’s now been several months since the move in and we had only one problem the last part of 2025. No matter how many times we placed an “order” for repairs to the room or anything related it took forever. Or it just never happened. I understand the maintenance team maybe busy but after talking with other residents it seems we were not the only ones. And nothing was getting done.<br>After hearing that staffing changes were made. I took a chance resubmitted those “orders” and thankfully everything has been taken care of since.<br>Besides that problem, everything has been perfect. And we could not have asked for a better place for our loved one.
