Fellowship Hillside Senior Living Community

Fellowship Hillside Senior Living Community is an assisted living and memory care community located in LaGrange, Georgia, situated in the foothills 60 miles southwest of Atlanta. The community offers Independent Living Cottages, Assisted Living apartments, and specialized Memory Care living areas across 14 landscaped acres adjacent to shopping and healthcare facilities.

The community provides comprehensive care through a team that includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medication aides, certified nursing assistants, and personal care aides available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Assisted Living residents receive support with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, and transportation. The Memory Care area is designed for seniors in all stages of Alzheimer's disease or dementia and features secured entry and exits, indoor and outdoor walking spaces, daily activities, and specially trained staff.

Residents enjoy three daily meals prepared on-site and served family-style, with specialized diets available. The community features an in-house beauty and barber shop open weekly, walking paths and porches for outdoor activity, daily housekeeping and linen services, and weekly courtesy transportation for shopping, dining, banking, and other outings. Activities coordinators design exercise and wellness programs focused on strengthening body and mind.

All apartments include private bathrooms, kitchens, independent thermostats, and spacious closets. Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments are equipped with electronic call systems for prompt assistance. The community holds an assisted living community license that allows care services to expand as residents' needs increase, enabling many residents to age in place without relocating to a skilled nursing facility.

Fellowship coordinates with physical therapists and home health nurses to provide specialized services for residents requiring skilled care, and the nursing staff manages medication administration and coordination of medical appointments with residents' physicians.
