My grandmother spent her last few years with these lovely people. They supported us through the finances, kept us updated on her health and were wonderful and caring in her final days. I would recommend them over and over for everything they did for our family and grandma.

I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful care my brother received while he was there. He was treated with professionalism, kindness and compassion. He was a Catholic priest and had a terminal diagnosis. Not only was the staff kind to him, but to his family and a high number of visitors that he had on a daily basis. They respected his privacy especially when people were visiting him. There were nights when he was agitated and fearful and some of the staff actually sat with him and recited the rosary to him. It was so heartwarming to my family and myself. Being an RN myself, I was totally impressed by the compassion of these workers. Yes, I do realize many facilities are understaffed, as Father was at Elderwood at Lancaster for only 4 days before we “needed” him to be transferred, and thank the Lord, FBM had a bed for him. Call lights are answered in a timely manner, the facility is clean and the staff is awesome. Father eventually ended up passing in the middle of the night, when I received the call the RN was compassionate and explained to me the next step of the process , which was simply calling the funeral home. Thank you to all the staff once again. I would not hesitate to place a relative here, if need be.

My grandmother is at Father Baker, my grandfather was as well until his passing in July. The staff has been amazing. They're very caring and really go above and beyond for their residents - they do a nice job. Myself and my family are beyond grateful for all their efforts.
