It feels like home. The staff is wonderful. The residents are great. The Administrator doesn't tell you what she thinks you want to hear, but she goes with the truth. She just treats you like an adult not a child in grown-up clothes. The place is clean and smells like potpourri. Once you visit you never want to leave. This is not the place if you are unruly, enjoy starting fights with other residents or behave in a socially inappropriate manner.

My Aunt & Uncle moved to Orchard Brooke during covid of 2020. The place isn't a palace, but there are people there who genuinely care! Both the employees and the residents. There's always going to be a few bad apples, but I always feel welcomed and listened to. It is obvious that the majority of the staff sincerely cares about the residents and for me, that is priceless! My Aunt, to say the least, is fussy! My Aunt has been there for 5 years now and for her to make friends easily, be positive and never complain....is a miracle!

My mom had a medical emergency 2 years ago that left her suddenly unable to take care of herself. While she was in hospitals and rehab for 3 months recovering, we extensively researched and visited dozens of facilities trying to find the best place for my mom to move into. At 64 years young she has mild-moderate dementia and a few other health issues that need tending to, but she’s still social and able to do things. Orchard Brooke has been incredible for her. Not only do they have a great care team, but their facility is large and clean with several amenities including a community kitchen for residents to cook in, a large outdoor area with patio seating and a gazebo, a huge front porch that’s always stocked with Koolaid and rocking chairs, a laundry room, and in-house hair salon. They also have a wonderful social program with multiple activities for residents to do every single day including live music, clubs, outings for lunch and shopping, special visitors like “therapy goats”, birthday parties, and even monthly meetings where residents can vote on things they’d like to do and what will be on the coming food menu. My mom has officially been living at Orchard Brooke for almost 18 months, and the level of care, kindness, and attentiveness has been extraordinary. Everyone from the culinary and cleaning/maintenance staff to the nurses and aides to the activities coordinators and front desk to the administration team are so friendly and mindful of each and every resident and their needs, habits, and personalities. Whenever I have a question or concern Shaton, Brittany, Kevin, Keisha, and truly anyone I need to speak to is always available and helps me with whatever I need as soon as possible. They take such good care of my mom - not only medically but emotionally too, always making her smile, laugh, spending time talking to her, answering her questions. I was so nervous about putting my mom into a long-term care facility, but Orchard Brooke has been so accommodating to my mom’s needs. And she’s happy! Seeing the way the entire staff at Orchard Brooke has treated not only my mom but all of their residents in every single capacity has quelled any nervousness I ever had and reassured me time and again that we made the right decision for my mom. We highly recommend Orchard Brooke to anyone looking for a care facility for a loved one!

I had the opportunity to tour the facility and was truly impressed! The staff were so welcoming, the building was clean and I loved the dinning room! 👍 Thank you for taking the time to meet with our family so we were able to make the right decision for mom!
