Terrible company never answers the phone like all yall do is just sit at a desk all day why is it so hard to get a call back!!?? Don’t help with anything they all need to be fired

Until they improve with communication with the phone systems and being able to contact someone for an issue while standing there with a client or the family, upping the pay and not switching up schedule's as much unexpectedly id give frhc a 2 🌟🌟. The 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I put on this review however are for Laura carr and Amy Valencia the caregiver branch manager and caregiver supervisor. They both are very helpful, caring and understanding. They truly care about their employees and clients and do try there best at matching the right people together and accommodating your needs. Can’t say the same for the rest of the company or people I have spoken or dealt with.definitely would recommend these 2 for any of your needs/concerns and issues while employed with this company as they follow through with their word and show compassion and will help you solve an issue not just have you on your own to deal with it.
