I recently started working here because I heard good things about the work environment. My expectations were high when I first came in and yet I had such an excellent experience with the Salem branch and especially with Carla and Cindy. They are so willing to work with you on everything they are amazing. Family Resource Home Care is truly a breath of fresh air.

I'm currently an employee at FHRC and had a truly amazing encounter over the phone with the salem, or office Branch manager named Drew. "I just wanted to recognize Drew for his exceptional service. He truly went the extra mile to make sure myself and two of the clients I work with were taken care of in a way that was caring, understood, sympathetic and most of heard. Drew handled an issue that had been ongoing with the utmost professionalism and took extra time out of his busy schedule to make sure this dilemma was addressed on all fronts. He was able to clear up every detail and even followed up with all parties involved in less than a day. My clients went from being scared they might lose me as their caregiver, crying and upset to relieved, relaxed and happy to know that I wasn't going anywhere thanks to Drew and his expeditious, well mannered, kind, generous and open mindedness he had with us all. Drew you are an ALLSTAR! You should be recognized for your amazing and customer service oriented presence in the office and on the phone. I'm beyond pleased with the way you handled me and my clients. You should have your own front of the office parking spot that should say EMPLOYEE OF YEAR! I have been at family resource now for going on 5 years! Family resource always listens, goes out of their way by either the office staff or the CCO Drew, to make my quality of life better, and to keep a well maintained environment in my home! I’ve been able to get caregivers who not only understand my home is in order but my mind says it’s not and the caregivers listen and follow through with the care plan provided to them regarding my care of personal needs to mental health needs ! Family resources allows me to choose the caregiver I get along with and also they listen to what my own opinions are about the ones I never want back into my home ever again! Family resources always stays on schedule with in home inspection and following through with my care plan as it may change at times! I also feel like family resource is true to the clients needs like mine! I went through quite a few agencies to get to family resource and them to listen to my advice and needs is so important to my well being! I recommend them to everyone that needs care in their home to give them a call it’s well worth it and your home and mind will thank you! I’m grateful Anne G.
