Family Care Home Health & Hospice are amazing to work with. They took excellent care of my Aunt and our family. Irean Riad came the same day I called and walked me through each step. Irean quickly obtained my Aunt’s medical files, and ensured the prescriptions were sent. That evening Melanie one of the RN’s came to visit and was very compassionate, and very gentle with my Aunt. She took her time and made sure all my questions were answered. When I wasn’t sure what medication to give my Aunt, late one night, I called the 24/7 on call phone number and immediately reached Melanie. She gave me clear guidance and reassurance. My family felt very well taken care, and the communication between everyone on our care team was nothing short of amazing. They did not miss a beat and it was so nice to see how well they worked together to take care of my Aunt. The social worker was amazing and helped my Uncle with calling Science Care and taking care of getting her medical screening completed. When my Aunt passed Dale our CNA was with us and stayed until our RN Jessica arrived. Family Care took care of all the details. They got us through one of the most difficult situations I’ve experienced and they did it with such love, compassion and kindness. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing help with caring for a family member. You don’t have to struggle alone, they are with you every step of the way.

Family Care Home Hospice has exceeded my expectations and greatly assisted maneuvering through a difficult time. My experience trying to assist with my mother's care needs in Kingman AZ from outside the state has been very difficult (prior to working with FCHH&H). She has been with FCHH&H now for a month and everyone from administration to the in home care givers have been great. Everything that was discussed at the initial intake has been provided; the home care staff and providers have been caring, timely, and provide excellent communication; and the administration staff has continued to assist me with support and documentation as needed. Highly recommend.

If it were possible to choose a number higher than 5 for the rating, we definitely would. This was not our first experience with a hospice organization, but definitely the best. Family Care was alerted to our need for hospice services and arrived to assist our mother the same day! Every staff member we came into contact with was very kind, compassionate, and caring towards our mother as well as each of the siblings. We appreciated that they were very honest and up front with our mother about her illness, while being compassionate and caring. If we called with a concern, we were immediately visited or called by the staff to assist us. I would highly recommend Family Care to families needing hospice services. They have resources available that most families are unaware of. Resources that will make caring for your loved one so much easier! Thank you Family Care!
