I wish I could give a zero star rating. Almost negative if you will. Debbie Rowland, who is part of the higher up staff is disgustingly disrespectful and super hateful. Was delivering a package that the company ordered. She was refusing the package because I could not tell her what was in it. As I am just a supply driver I do not know what they order or what’s in the packages I deliver. Per my dispatch I had to get her name. I went back into the building to get her name as she was refusing to give that to me as well she started to argue with me again as to why I could not tell her what was in the package. It had all the correct info on it. The address. Everything. So since she was refusing to give me her name I went to the next staff door and asked for their name. I then proceeded to walk past her office and let her know that she was being disrespectful and she proceeded to get all hectic and rush to grab her phone and run after me out of her office to take a picture of me, my car, and my license plates. Knowing that this nasty vile woman works here I would never ever let my loved one go here or go anywhere that this lady is associated with. Period. If she has the nerve to treat a delivery driver like that who is bringing them their supplies WHICH THEY ORDERED! imagine how she would be towards you or your loved one. Disgusting.
