Please do not trust your loved ones in their care. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. My mother was just placed on hospice in there care and I’m unable to reach her. I call and receive no answer or I’m told someone will call me back and they never do. I asked how she was and was told, “ I don’t know.” Her name is spelled wrong on her door. Very disheartening!<br><br>Update…4/26.<br>I was contacted after this review by Sara, administrator maybe? She gave me her cell number and set up a time each day for them to call me to speak with my mother. They updated her name on her door and called faithfully and consistently until a week ago.<br>I contacted Sara and stated I had a question, she said she was in a meeting and I never heard from her again, that’s been two weeks ago and the calls stopped a week ago. Now back to no answers or staff asking for me to call back.<br>Still very disappointed and no consistency.
