I have found with my dealings and referring patients to Extended Care they have shown pride and compassion and care to all walks of our community of patients. They take pride in meeting with patients and families to fix any concerns about the care they provide. From the administrative positions to admissions, marketing, business office, medical records, social services, Dir of nursing, therapy to maintenance and activities through dietary. It’s a total team effort that makes this building run as it does. They always strive for improvement.and that’s what it’s all about. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
are hard to come by and they are continually striving to get there and maintain.
Thank you for being a partner and helping the community of patients we provide services for.

Unfortunately I had to clean my mom’s bed space area. She shares a room with 2 other patients so 3 per room. Hard to visit and very hard to believe of the unsanitary conditions that this skilled nursing hospital seems to have. The main hallway and entrance is clean but the rooms are totally different. I tried to upload the pictures of the unsanitary conditions but google doesn’t seem to allow those pictures.
