Chose to transfer to this company after failure from a different company I was promised the moon and the stars and was disappointed two weeks later no communication, no return phone, call lack of responsibility, patient neglect please do not use this company they failed my mom and I and left us without help and my mom is bedridden I was so hurt by what they did Shawnte and Sherita of the Home Health Dept let us down terribly after having them in my home for just two weeks they broke all promises they made.

They help create employer identification numbers for their clients and when a client finds a better company they refuse to assist with the transfer and refuse to give the client their employer identification number!
