❤️ the dedication from the staff! I’m just going to go transparent and say that if you want to tear apart the whole facility then by golly you have fun with that 1 star review, what I saw yesterday should have a spotlight. From the kitchen staff to the nurse aides, and beyond to the always welcoming receptionist, and the Activity gals. As busy as everyone was , they were all so warm and friendly! Embraced the chaos and they made it look easy! Thanks for all you do for mom!

We entrusted EverVella Nursing Home with my mom’s care during the final months of her life, and I cannot put into words how grateful our family is for the compassion, dignity, and kindness they showed her every single day. From the very beginning, the staff treated my mom like family. They took the time to get to know her, comfort her, and support not just her but all of us. During such a difficult and emotional time, their patience, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. The nurses, aides, and entire team consistently went above and beyond. Whether it was small moments of kindness or the way they handled her care with such respect, it gave us peace knowing she was in good hands. End of life care is something no family is ever truly prepared for, but EverVella made that journey as gentle and supported as it could possibly be. We will never forget the love and compassion they showed our mom. Thank you for treating her with dignity and for helping our family through one of the hardest times in our lives. We are forever grateful.

So far, in the 2 miserable days my grandfather has been here, he’s had to beg nurses to help him use the restroom for well over 2 hours, he was completely ignored to the point of urinating on himself. they gave him a urinal that they have not emptied since he’s been there and is filled to the top. Please avoid this place, their staff is lazy and rude to the residents. He’s only there for surgery rehab. I can’t imagine anyone being able to successfully recover with all of the willful neglect happening there. It’s absolutely shameful to think these people who are in the medical field can treat other human beings the way they do. Edit day 10- I didn’t think it was possible for this place to get any worse, considering my grandfather has multiple visitors daily. He now has a bedsore (untreated) on his tailbone and has developed sepsis, transferred to the icu. He has not been able to/helped/offered a shower the entire time, only a few swipes with a dirty washcloth without soap(until we realized what was happening and brought soap and clean washcloths from home). My daughter brought him a whistle to ensure he can get someone’s attention when family members aren’t there with him because the broken call button still hasn’t been fixed or replaced. All of his pajama pants and underwear that have been taken to him are “missing” and nobody knows what happened to them. This place is an absolute disgrace. It needs shutdown and every last member of staff should be charged with elderly abuse and neglect
