I arrived at Evergreen Post Acute for a meeting. It was very clean & beautifully landscaped. The staff immediately greeted me & since I was very early for the meeting; I sat in the lobby & observed the residents & staff busy moving about their day. Staff were professional in their appearances & approach to the residents. The staff were so attentive & kind. I was impressed with the atmosphere. I asked for the restroom & was actually walked to the area by a VP who was also there for a meeting. The residents waiting in the lobby shared with me how happy they were to be at Evergreen. One was heading to an DR apt & he was all smiles!! Even though they didn’t know me they were quick to offer their satisfaction with their services! Good job Team Evergreen!! It felt like home…
