My Mother has been in Evergreen for several months for rehab. She has made such a huge improvement there. ALL of the staff there is so amazing. I'm forever grateful for the wonderful care they have showed her

I have an uncle who has been at the facility for a few days. He has developmental delays and difficulties understanding and communicating. The staff have been very patient and kind. And have answered my families many questions.

The staff seem very caring and attentive to the residents. While at times they maybe understaffed the quality and level of care they have for the residents does not lack. They treat their residents like they would want their own familes treated.

Great place to send your loved one to if you want them to be neglected, fall, and break a hip. Administration does not care about understaffing; they pride themselves on cutting the labor down so low that it should be illegal. One CNA to 20+ residents... Totally safe!
