THANKS FOR STABBING US EVERGREEN RESIDENTS IN THE BACK. THE NEW OWNERS ARE VERY SHORT STAFFED AND THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST. ONE PERSON IN THE OFFICE, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. THE TWO GUYS IN MAINTENANCE ARE GREAT. THERE'S NO HOUSEKEEPER. PAYING RENT IS A JOKE. YOU LEFT US IN A BAD PLACE. 😡

I have lived here for 7 years. I have complained about 2 teenage girls living in the apartment above me - with no results. I have been subject to habitual Senior Abuse for over one and a half years. As I write this review, at 11:15PM, I am subject to loud banging and jumping in the apartment above me!!! I DO NOT recommend anyone moving here. This apartment complex has deteriorated - not only in the violation of leases (with no recourse), but the upkeep of the building, too.

This place has went downhill no activities for the residents no birthday celebration like promised keep having 95. Dollar raise in rent every year the management sits in the office fixing there nails or eating they close the office door at 5 pm but we are supposed to be open till 5:30 I would not move in here if I knew that this place would turn into a ghost town
