Stephanie, one of the schedulers did an awesome job over the course of the time that they provided services for my father Roscoe Prince. She’s always been polite, very helpful and understanding, I even vented a little bit to her about the circumstances. Great great business skills, and a beautiful personality.

The worst company the caregiver did not show up the Etairos the have no idea tell I call and it’s been three days in raw we have the same problem I won’t recommend to anyone

This is the worse company I have if you need to call you to stay over 15 minutes if line and sometimes 30 minutes the caregiver they done a very good job but if the caregiver she is off they are shortages of stuff and they send one upon their times not what you are need

We have absolutely LOVED our experience so far. Our caretaker, Camara, has been absolutely wonderful. She makes sure that my mom’s needs are met at all times. We had a few other services before her, and not one of them compare to Camara. Thank you so much for all you do for my mom! ❤️

We have needed care for our son and Etairos has gone above and beyond! Our case manager Alexandra (Alex), has been top notch for our family/son in coordination with the other entities needed from getting authorization to advocating for our family, not to mention all the things that take place behind the scenes that she has been on top of. We can’t rave about her and Etairos enough. So blessed to have found them. 100% recommend!
