We have been extremely happy with the caregiving services Arosa has provided my family. From the beginning the communication was great, things happen and sometimes caregivers can't make their shifts but Arosa always fills the gaps. I am recommending Arosa to other people who are going through the same thing with aging parents.

Their care team is incredible and made everything feel seamless from the start. Carl is especially knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell this team genuinely cares. Would absolutely recommend.

I couldn't be more grateful for Arosa; specifically, I am grateful for Lisa Lam, for all the support, responsiveness, and caring that Lisa has provided for me and for my mom's care. After a surgical error left my 93 year old mom in the hospital for a month, she needed 24/7 care when she returned home. Lisa put together a team, has responded with shift and billing issues, and in general, has been a support contact I could not have survived without. Living in a different state has been difficult, but knowing that I can count on Lisa to help me address all of the issues that make up caretaking a loved one has made the process so much easier!
