My family has used this hospice company twice and they went above and beyond to meet patient and family needs. The compassion they show is extraordinary. They really do treat patients like their own family. Their visits were never rushed. They took time to listen and provide care.

They were great the first week!! Now been with them a month still waiting on supplies from them for my wound care, I order all my supplies off line, thank God for Amazon! My last nurse that came had my wife clean and repack my open wounds she looked scared, and like she never did it before.. It’s Thursday on the next week at 2:45 PM have not heard from them are even called to check on me.. They call the same day 2-3 hrs before they can come by! Their is no scheduling they pick and chose when to arrive with no respect are concern of the patient time are Doctor appointments.. when they show up if my wife has cleaned and repacked it, they don’t even remove the bandage and inspect the wound… What a waste of money!! Needless to say when they call are if they call they will learn their fate!! My Dr said this might take 6 months to heal, so I rather suffer and go to the ER than sit and wait rather than waste my money are my Insurance money thanks ENHABIT! UPDATE: Finally it’s 6:35 PM 3/13/25 was called by ENHABIT saying they can come 3:30 & 4 PM 3/14/25 wow nothing like no notice are patient consideration for better scheduling. But it’s ok spoke with my Dr. my wife will be my care giver…. This is my thoughts on their services hope they can learn and use this as a training aid.. Respectfully Bobby Boquet

Our experience with Enhabit Hospise care for my Uncle made his transition much easier for him and my Aunt. They were hands down one of the best teams to work with! I say Team because that’s what it was like; they worked together with us to ensure he had the best care and remained comfortable until the end. They cared for him like he was family. Payton stayed with us after my Uncle passed to provide the funeral home with information they needed and to ensure everything was taken care of. Payton also wrapped his arms around my family and prayed for us. I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you so much to the Enhabit Team for being the best! And a special “thank you “ to Ms. Margaret for always making my Uncle smile even in his worst time!

Encompass handled my Daddy’s hospice care. They only took care of him for 5 days but they treated him like family. Everyone that handled his care was amazing. They were very sweet and caring to him and our family. They handled everything from getting all of the equipment that he needed delivered to bathing and dressing him when he passed. Daddy passed away at 2:13 am and Nurse Payton was with us. He even stayed long after the funeral home came and got Daddy. Its almost 6 months later and they still check on us to see how we are coping with his loss. I have and continue to recommend them if hospice is needed. Everyone from the lady that set up his care to the nurses, volunteers, Brother Jacob and the sweet lady that bathed him daily I am forever great full to them. Im very sorry but I don’t remember everyones names. I will never forget the care that was given to Daddy and my family. Thank you, Tammy Stelly

I was truly amazed to hear of the care my brother-in-law received by the Encompass staff. He died on September 13 with dignity, surrounded by his family and a couple of the hospice staff. I worried about my sister, knowing she had health issues. It was reassuring that the staff were there emotionally for her, encouraging her to be kind to herself. I wish I could remember names, irregardless my sister raved about how good you all were to she and her husband. Thank you for being angels, I'm grateful for you all.
