Mississippi Home Care began with great service, for the first 2 weeks, then disappeared. My wife is on oxygen and in a wheelchair. She needs wound care from sitting so long and physical therapy to strengthen her legs to get her out of the wheelchair some. Wound care visited twice and the physical therapist visited once over a four-week span. Then, after my wife was released from the hospital for a three day stay to get her blood CO2 lowered Mississippi Home Care totally abandoned her. After three days of calling them, we found out they dropped her without any notice, and had been planning this since the first week. Appears to me they kept her long enough to get that check from Medicare, then dropped her like a hot rock. So, bottom line, only suggest Mississippi Home Care to someone you dislike…..a lot! Have a wonderful day.

This agency started out great. They were attentive to my mother needs and care, but since her health had declined, now it has become a issue. Shes was unable to wake up early to accommodate their schedule not her schedule. I am greatly disappointed the way I'm being treated as the responsible person for my mother's care. As long as she was ; able to help them to help her, things were great. Now in the time she is in need of help and care......."No service available ".
