I never knew this company existed til my mother in law went into the hospital. Their care is a 5 star rating and I’ll recommend them to anyone especially me using them on my mom and dad if it comes down to their care also. They are super helpful, awesome, and very friendly! They are a highly respected company and I highly recommend them.

When my dad was told he would need to be put on hospice towards the end of his cancer journey I asked my step mom and dad to let me set this up for them. I made one call to Jane Smith and that’s all I had to do. She took it all from there. She had nurses at my dads house that evening. We had the great pleasure of working a lot with Rn Kim Roberts. When I tell you she was a heaven send I do not exaggerate that. My dad felt very comfortable with her from the jump. She listened to him and took her time and would get things in place even when my dad didn’t know he needed it. Example, my dad wanted to make a quick trip with my son to Missouri and she and Jane Smith made sure there was a hospice team on stand by in Missouri for any emergency. Kim was great with us grieving and knew what we needed and said everything we needed to hear. My dads last days she came to our house at 6 in the morning making us her first stop and then made an extra stop that evening before going home! She was always available for a call or a text message away. A She never pressured anything on us. She gave us options and explained each thing but ultimately let us make each decision we thought would be best for my dad! I will always be super thankful for this team!

I recommend yall to anyone that needs yall.They have a lady that name is Michele G that is so VERY sweet.I know people who have met her they say great stuff about her.
