move. Making sure they did not poison me. This took Thee Discussions with the Head nurse. And finally got resolved the Day before I got out. Then they have patience that wander and are combative. While I'm sleeping at night I have to worry that other patients won't try and climb in bed with me. In addition I'm a light sleeper in a place that is basically a warehouse for people. So all night long when it should be quite time. The CNAs would be holding conversations about The Patients revealing private information and basically laughing at there situations. I could not sleep at night due to these People not regarding the Quiet time. They let patients stay up all night and hold conversations as if it was daylight hours of operation. The only Staff that really did there job was the Physical Therapy. Other than that I have nothing kind to say. The whole time there I addressed my Concerns with Administrator and Head Nurse never getting anything Resloved. I was basically Feuding with the CNAs and establisment. They just shined me on. So much for a place where I could feel safe and able to Recover. I could not wait to get out of here. Finally I'm out and at home where my Blood pressure is finally normal and I was able to get more than 2 hours of sleep. I do not recommend this place for anyone. It was a Nightmare. I reported to the administrator 4 different times and director of nurses and cna supervisor. They neglecting patients have died not giving medication ontime and checking every 2 hours they would change least twice. I had to cal and report it to attorney General. A staff had me turn and I fell out of bed. They break all hippa laws The administrator had all staff retaliating to I had to start recording how they talk to me as well they have cnas working double shift even a few was fired because they doing double shifts 4 days straight. Sometimes they make them work 1 of they off days double shifts. Cnas and nurses quit are be fired. Social services do not do their job to assist you due to the insurance. They forced a 30 day to leave. The ombudsman advocate told me if served a 30 to move I have to sign it which they didn't do that. They do things illegally there.

I don't have enough words to explain how great this place is from the staff to the cleanliness. They are caring and go above and beyond to make sure your family member is taken care of. I was skeptical at first when my brother first arrived there but no doubt in my mind now , that he's receiving the best care and attention. I made the right and best choice and he loves it there as well.
