I do not recommend anyone use this place. Our nurse never ordered the correct wound care stuff. She put experimental stuff on his wounds that put in in horrible pain. She got his supplies put on hold for over a week and never checked to see why the supplies wasn't coming in. She kept putting him off waiting on supplies that wasn't coming. We finally called and found out what happened so we paid for the correct stuff ourselves and it came the next day. She had offered some more stuff that wasn't supposed to go directly on his wounds the day before and we asked if we could wait until the next day and do it correctly since the last week his legs bled everyday and took him many steps backwards from the last stuff she put on him that wasn't correct. She says yes then tells us the next day she was going to be done at 11am and our stuff wasn't coming until 2 which was our usual appointment on Fridays. Then she told his Dr and insurance he refused her all week which is a lie. We have proof that she kept putting him off cause the supplies she never checked on in almost 2 weeks hadn't came yet. Now he has no care and we have no supplies and no income. I'll be reporting her and the ones that covered for her to anyone that will listen.
