I let a few things slide with this company's nurse but when you get my mother sick with covid. I can't let that slide! If your nurses are sick make them stay home! The nurse had a mask on but the mask kept falling and she was constantly adjusting it. When I called the office to report it. Their supervisor tried to argue with me. Until I told her I know for a fact. My mother had told but I reviewed the cameras I have placed in her apartment to confirm. Everything my mother had told me I saw in real time. That's when the supervisor stopped arguing with me. My mother often said she felt as if one of the nurses was bullying her. Saying things like. "Your daughter is your poa " which doesn't matter because that doesn't take away her voice! I'm her advocate! Covid almost took her away from us. This past 6 years she has NEVER had covid. Not the flu a cold or nothing. Yes she has health issues but GOD has protected her from the devils virus! Since having covid her health has not returned and covid has taking its toll on her. I'm so angry with these people. Your oath is too do no harm. But your nurse caused harm to my mother and almost took her away from those who love her! BUT GOD! Then they didn't want to discharge her. So SSM Home Health could take over. Just horrible! So disappointed that they would but money above keeping their patients health intact. We will never use the company again!
