Just had my 2nd hip replacement surgery July 15 and Enhabit has been such a big help this time. I should've called them for my 1st hip surgery.
I'm already walking my dog again and driving thanks to the great physical therapists GG & Sandra. Shower nurse Paulina was great too!

I would absolutely not recommend this company. Communication is practically nonexistent. I have left multiple messages over the past four months and rarely receive a return call. On the rare occasion I do speak with someone, I’ve been completely dismissed by Laura, Ken, Jodi, Ebony, and several others whose names I unfortunately can’t recall.

Home health workers often attempt to give less than an hour’s notice before arriving. At times they simply don’t show up at all and make no effort to notify you that they won’t be coming to the appointment they scheduled. There have also been weeks where no one has come at all, with zero communication.

My mother has never signed a NOMNC or received any formal notice of discharge. Instead, services have essentially stopped without explanation, leaving her without support and our family without answers.

The company also expects the family to handle all concerns and appeals themselves. They do not reach out to providers for assistance, request office notes, or take any steps to help resolve issues on the backend. There appears to be little to no effort made to ensure the system works properly for patients.

I have requested to speak with the Director of Operations several times, yet somehow my messages never make it to them.

As of now, I am still waiting on return calls from Friday and yesterday.

Jodi, Ebony, and Laura have been great to work with. Very responsive, answers any questions I have. Very professional with a loving spirit. I truly enjoy worth with them.

Tabitha and Laura from Houston office are useless. Do not return calls, decline start of care orders for who knows what and then says they are going to work on authorization. Two days later I have to call and follow up only to be told there is an issue with insurance who is slow and difficult and want to offer me other agencies. When I call insurance there is no record of auth ever being submitted. Too much of a hassle for people to do their jobs or even just keep their word and follow through.

If they do not make a follow up from the leadership team after the services were rendered… it is not a good quality home care. Very disappointed on how my husband was treated. He is partially deaf and I am always with him in his care but unfortunately one day I was not home and he was treated with no respect. He is 78 years old with disability. I will not recommend this place if you do not have an advocate they will not advocate for the care.
