Honestly! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. My aunt had major back surgery March 2, 2026 @ Ascentist Shawnee Mission she was given a list of 3 home health agencies to choose from that had reviewed her case and agreed to take her as a patient. We even confirmed with social worker at hospital that it would be in Plattsburgh,MO and we're told they verified all of this and would not be a problem. My aunt was discharged on Friday March 6, 2026 and we were told that someone from the office would reach out Sunday afternoon or Monday to get scheduled for visit. As of this morning my aunt has not received one call from the office. I called late this morning to Leawood, Kansas office and was told we dont handle Missouri you have to talk to Missouri office which this information was never relayed to either one of us at time of discharge. I get transferred to some rude lady who was defensive when I asked why a call was never made to patient to get her scheduled she stated that not my responsibility. I requested to speak to her boss and she stated there in a meeting I dont know how long they will be there. I told her I expected a return call before end of business today from her boss or I would be making a phone call to the state. As of 630 pm today no phone call. I will reach out 1 more time to office tomorrow and then reach to the state to let them about company and get an investigation started about situation. ***NOT ACCEPTABLE*** What happened to patient care?
