The worse experience I could ever have imagined. From aides who didn't know how to bath my Father, to nurses who didn't tend to bed sores and they became infected. The dying experience is bad enough for a patient but throw on necrosis that could have been prevented, lack of supplies and only the cheapest products and you have a company that is out for one thing only - make money. They do not have after hours or weekend service which is insane because pain and suffering isn't confined to business hours. They also did not have a director for the entire time my Father was in their care, if that's what you want to call it. Encompass is under staffed, and you have to speak to 3-6 different people who answer the phone - all day long, retelling your story in order to get them motivated to show up. I'm shocked that they have not been reported to Medicare, I'll be the first. This is beyond what anyone should ever have to go through. SHAME. License needs to be revoked.
