I would give this facility a -10 if possible. 95% of the staff do not care for the elderly here. They talk disrespectfully, neglect people by not responding to the help light, do not bring food on time, are verbally abusive, physically abusive, and do not follow through with promises of taking care of problem employees.<br><br>My aunt has been here approximately 2 month and has fallen 4 times because she needed help to the bathroom and no one would help.<br><br>I showed up to bring lunch one day and as a approached her room I could hear her yelling ....help help me can someone please help me....to no avail. I had to help her to the bathroom.<br><br>DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY.<br><br>They will be hearing from my lawyer...as now my aunt is in the hospital unresponsive due to their lack of care and another fall.

Unfortunately we had to put our loved one in this facility and he was treated terribly except by a couple of Staff members. He was often laid in the bed with no sheets on the bed. One time I found a roll of trash bags underneath him when I got him out of bed to put him in his chair. His lunch or dinner tray would either sit in front of him or was put to the side for a day or two at a time and not removed from the room. I had to start doing his laundry because his clothes were disappearing. Trying to get a hold of someone there to address a problem was near impossible. Emails would go unanswered or completely ignored. I would not put my dog in here. Even my dog deserves better

I’ve been here for about 4 days now,I had to leave my prior nursing home due to many issues that I won’t get into on here….but let me just say now that where I am now is a million times better than where I was before.Im here for long term care services and I can truly say that this looks like it may just be my forever home,unless by a miracle I can get some of my chronic major health issues under control which is the goal for me however I know that if not at least I will be well taken care of here! Every single person I’ve met here so far has been so kind,caring,compassionate,understanding,and so much more! I personally want to thank Robin,the admissions director for taking me in and giving me a chance to see this wonderful place and the wonderful staff,nurses,activities director,director of nursing and social worker who have personally came to my room to introduce themselves and I thought that was super cool of them so if you have a loved one and looking for a good place to take them the englewood health&rehab is the perfect place to come! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ forsure!

Stayed here for 4 months. The 4 most miserable months of my life. This entire facility from the office staff to the maintenance crew and all the nurses and aids in between, are absolutely terrible people. They are all two faced manipulative liars who treat elderly patients horribly while they lay there defenseless. I had to call several nurses aids and office members for their actions to elderly patients who couldn’t stand up for themselves. Scared old men and women being terrorized by those who are supposed to be taking care of them, it’s sickening. I called the Department of Health and had this facility placed under investigation for several months. Multiple employees were fired including one office member. I was told this place was closing, but clearly that was incorrect. So here I am leaving this review for anybody who is thinking about bringing their mother father grandmother or grandfather here, DO NOT DO IT. For the sake of your loved ones, don’t leave your family here with these people.. and don’t even get me started on the foods… they have no nutritional items whatsoever, they serve slop on plates. The facility ran out of food multiple times and they threw literally anything they could on trays for people.. I wouldn’t have given that “food” to my dogs.. here are just a few of the dinners you can expect to be served..

It is a great place to stay they genuinely care about you and your health everything is kosher and have activities for us throughout the whole week and weekend you have church on Sundays you have three course meals served every day they just have a different stuff for you every month it's a wonderful atmosphere great people
