From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely compassionate. Our caregivers became like members of the family—always arriving on time, treating our loved one with dignity and respect, and going above and beyond in every way. Whether it was helping with daily routines, preparing meals, or just offering companionship and a warm smile, they brought comfort and peace of mind to our entire family. Garrett and Encore Caregivers staff have been nothing short of amazing. I lived four hours away when I received a call from the hospital saying my mother had been diagnosed with late-stage dementia and depression and could no longer live independently. I was from out of town and had no idea where to start. Encore's knowledgeable and caring staff immediately stepped in and consistently went above and beyond throughout our extremely dramatic and challenging year and a half. I am eternally grateful for their support, professionalism, empathy, and creative problem-solving.
