I’m truly grateful for the care my loved one received at this facility. The staff were kind, patient, and always treated us with respect and understanding. It gave our family peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Thank you for your compassion and support during such an important time.

I don’t know how people are giving this place such good reviews. My aunt was there and for a week no one came to clean her or wash her hair. My sister came to do it and the shower had a bunch of equipment in it so it was obvious it was never used. She said there was mold in it and she was worried my aunt would get an infection just by being in it. We also asked that she be moved because her roommate was crying and screaming so loud you could hear it through the facility. They said they couldn’t till the next day and couldn’t sedate the woman because the pharmacy doesn’t give orders until 11:30pm or midnight! That didn’t make any sense. Also, the lady wasn’t moved the next day or even the day after and she was still screaming. It’s a pretty nightmarish place. The one thing my aunt did say was that the staff was really nice to her so she didn’t want us to complain to anyone.

The staff took great care of my mom and her last days. The nurse held my mom's hand as she took her last breath. I am so grateful for them.
