My Mom’s last day at the Embassy Manor was very emotional for her and her two caregivers Mika and Rebecca. Saying goodbye was not easy. We all shared tears of joy and sadness all at once as we looked back at the healing journey of my Mom here at Embassy Manor and the strong bonds that were created between her, the staff and us (daughters and granddaughter). Big thanks to Hemali, Payal, Pierce and Bala, the PT/OT team that really helped my Mom recover faster and get back on her feet again. The entire staff has been so caring and attentive to every need from day one. Dania, her nurse was just amazing from the day my Mom arrived here. My family is beyond grateful and truly blessed to have Mom recover here in the best possible way. With all the love, support, comfort and warmth of the people here along with Indian food, Indian chai, the temple and events, it really became her second home with a caring family. The staff from the Indian floor including Manisha and Prachi made sure that my Mom was properly cared for and visited her often to provide comfort and support. Sharing some of the life lessons from my Mom: 1. Witnessing the pain and suffering of fellow residents during her own recovery has touched her in many ways. She talks about the importance of being humble, letting go of egos and not hurting anyone’s feelings because of the transient nature of life. 2. As if she was not already a grateful person, she feels even more grateful for every little thing now including the many gifts we all take for granted – the ability to walk, talk, see, hear, taste and so much more. 3. Having survived and given a second life with God’s grace, she is appreciating life and is motivated to go out more, do more and live more. Thank you to each and every person who has contributed to the excellent care my Mom received. She sends her blessings to all of you at Embassy Manor – staff and the residents.

The day I arrived here, I was greeted with smiles and just positivity from reception. But who really made my transition here a positive experience was Nivan, she came to my room and greeted me like we had known each other forever. That stood out the most because to be honest I was uneasy about coming to a strange new place. Her smile and bubbly personality meshed perfect with mine, and she has been the same with me ever since. She comes and checks on me to make sure my every need is being taken care of. She's the best!!!

I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well being of every resident. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a safe and comfortable environment. A special recognition goes to the Director of Nursing, whose leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence are evident throughout the entire facility. The Director of Nursing as well as the nurses on site, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents receive exceptional care while supporting families with kindness and understanding.
