I have recently just finished employment secondary to moving out of state and I just wanted to thank ALL THE EXTRA SUPPORT AND HELP FROM THE OFFICE SPECIFICALLY FROM MAIRA, Daryl ,Joann ,Jeanette, and out in the field, my coworkers. The worst home care services around. My grandmother was under their care and needed wound care done. Nursing staff showed up multiple times without ANY supplies. They said they “ordered” them, but when we called to ask about the status, we found out after 10 days that they were never ordered. Luckily, I am a nurse and was able to buy the appropriate supplies myself. I don’t understand how a nurse shows up to complete wound care without ANY supplies.

The service of this home care agency is unprofessional and distasteful. They left my grandmother without a CNA for 5 DAYS because of misinformation they are sharing amongst themselves. Be cautious when hiring them for your loved ones as they show no compassion or care to neither their clients or their families. Awful company, please do better.

This agency excels in communication. Quality patient care, and attention to detail. Called to report a fall while in their care and they had a nurse out to check in within 24 hours of the report being filed.
