My Grandpa has been in the elms for 2 in a half weeks. And he has been treated poorly. Because his room was never cleaned and the bedding was never changed at all. When it went to telling the cleaning crew that his room need clean or his bedding needed change they said that if you want your bedding change you have to get up so we can change it very rudely. And that the lady at the door was very rude and told us that we needed a mask and didnt put a sign up or even tell us why because we were just out there a day ago. He went to go get breakfast and the nurse yelled at him and said you need somebody with you at all time. But he been doing that for a straight week by himself. And when he got there the Air conditioner never did work
