It is the lack of compassion that the staff show here. They really should not be working in a nursing facility! My brother has terminal cancer he asked for mayonnaise and the girl that delivered his tray turned around and walked out of his room. He asked her to heat up his food she said to him I signed a paper to not heat up anyone's food. For $14000.00 a month you all should be kissing these patients feet!! To say that I am livid is an understatement. I will say this to every person who works in this facility I surely hope that your none of your family gets sick and has to deal with medical staff like this

Mrs.Tosha Leggett, the Clinical Admission Director and the social worker were awesome when getting my father in law transferred to this facility. She went above and beyond helping with paperwork and making sure my father in law arrived safely to his room.

Words can't describe how horrible this place is. My mother was in here for rehab to be able to come home. The first call I received was from billing and all they were concerned with was whether she had Medicare and could qualify for long term care. I told the lady that the plan was for her to come home. It was like she didn't hear me. My mother received no rehab whatsoever. They left her in bed all day. One day I stopped by after work around 6:30pm. She hadn't been changed all day. Apparently they only had 2 nurses on staff. Another time this male patient was lurking around the rooms, and they had her door open, and no one seemed concerned. To top it all off, one of the nurses rolled my mother out of the bed while changing her, and she split her forehead open. She went to the hospital, and we told them not to release her to them. We got up the next morning to find that they got her transported back to center without our knowledge. Thankfully she ended up having to go to UMMC az a result of the fall and we finally got her out of there. Do not send a loved one here. All they want is to slap them in a bed and collect the Medicare. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Strongly discouraged. Last mothers Day, they only had one person responsible for over 20 patients. They left my mom in bed all day, refusing to move her. As a result of the lack of care, she died from bedsores resulting from her time in this Healthcare facility. Some staff felt they had the right to treat her badly due to her being fully dependent upon them for feeding and all her other daily needs. Finally, when my family and I volunteered there last Christmas, staff stood around and did very little to help patients until I expressed my frustration. Most staff genuinely don't care about the residents there. I do not recommend this facility for anyone.

Administrator lies to you. He is very fake.. The food is very low grade. The food is so bad every visitor brings food. I wouldn't send your loved one to this place. They don't keep supplies to care for the residents. The pipes leek in the shower rooms an u can only get showers 2 times a week. They are under staffed so the GnA have over 20 patients an they are overworked an underpaid.
