...As w/ So MANY other 1 Star Reviews.... I have to say: "AVOID THIS COMPANY" (@ ALL COST)......The Visiting Nurses were Wonderful.... (Over worked & Under-paid)...Management Lacks INTEGRITY....Refuses to take RESPONSIBILITY.....Apparently "Dumps" patients under contract...(When they experience a "Sudden Staffing Shortage") (perhaps just an opinion).... I've Contacted their Owners...NO RESPONCE !!! ... I'm going to let State Health Dept. Inspectors, do their Job... They were HIGHLY INTERESTED!!!....

2 years ago I was hospitalized and put on a ventilator. After being discharged Elite came in and I took such good care of me. I was totally helpless and they helped with every need. I recommend 10/10.

I got the name and number for elite home health from my insurance company. So I called them. It was a very unpleasant call. The receptionist refused to even listen to what I had to say. I am informing my insurance company about their lack of ability to communicate in hopes that they get dropped from my insurance company.

I get to work with liaisons, Paige W. and Luzanna T. and I just absolutely love them! They are both so quick to respond and help me with anything they can! If they aren’t able to help, they always offer to help find someone that can! They’re beautiful souls and if the rest of the staff at Elite are even half as great as they are, I know my patients will be in great hands! Patients that have returned to my rehab have chosen Elite, time and time again… patient reviews have always been wonderful! I just can’t say enough great things!

I have to warn people that I have worked and had a family member as a client of Elite. things were not to bad till Missy showed up. She is not professional at all, she should have never been hired for the position she has. Not to mention how inconsiderate she is to the client themselves. More than once my family member made request that were never taken care of she just likes to ignore any problems and will always say it is someone else's job, never is it her job to take care of anything..
