We used Elite Home Health for my father after a hospitalization. Our nurse Adriana was incredibly gentle, compassionate and helpful. She helped get needed medication, provided helpful information, and performed excellent wound care. The physical therapist Krystina was also friendly and worked well with my father.

Excellent service. Efficient staff. The therapy that was provided for my family after hip replacement was very effective and they provided good services from Physical therapist to nurses. The wound care nurse Barbara was amazing. We will definitely recommend this home health.
