How does this place get 5 stars? I am a retired RN and am NOT impressed. A friend od mine used them for approx 3 months. Major headache. She was lucky to see the same caregiver twice. Friday,s were a nightmare because there was never any available staff!!!! Everything they did was peacemaker! There were some good caregivers and a few nightmares. One employee came once barely moved her behind from the chair.. Lazy was her middle name.. when she realized you friend required transfer assistance and her speech was difficult to understand,, she cancelled her next visit. Another employee was so unhappy there she quit and later ended up working for my friend and then the company staffer accused my friend of stealing her away.
