My wife's grandmother is in memory care hospice at this facility. They are very good at what they do here and really have a caring staff.

If I coud give minus stars, I definitely would! Beware of being lied to and them stealing thousands of dollars! Signed to move my grandpa in, (paid deposit of $7300.00!!) 10th day to cancel was a Sunday so we called first thing Monday, but they still took most of the deposit. (Gave back a whopping $2800.00!.......woohoo) they lie and steal, but say that they are all about the elderly and care for them. Is this place really so insecure and greedy that they'll still $5k from a 97 year old? Atrocious!! Stay away!

I enjoy seeing PM but on Sunday afternoon there are no workers in view and no instructions to find one. I saw no staff the whole time. I had a question about leaving PM outside when I left but no way to ask so I made her come in. This was the same other weekends I visited. It is weird to have no assistance or supervision in sight. Twice I helped people sitting in the area in front of the desk- no emergency but no assistance for them.

If I could give it minus stars I would! I have not idea what is going on but there's is a major issue. The staff keep quitting left and right. Which at 1st I thought ok it's the people they hire....NO, it's ones that have been there for quite awhile that cant it anymore!!! When it's constant someone needs to address it immediately. The residences are paying an enormous amount a month for NOT proper CARE!!<br>Move ON do NOT look at this place for any family member.
